FAQ

Our Frequently Asked Questions are focused on general questions that do not pertain to pattern execution.

Where can I purchase your patterns?

All of our patterns (free and paid) are available for download on Ravelry, which has millions of users, helpful forums, and a knitterain specific group. Many of our patterns are also available on Etsy, and Loveknitting.

I purchased a kit which includes a coupon code, how do I get my pattern?

Please contact us and include your full name, email, zip code, and coupon code. We will email your pattern to you.

I can't login to knitterain.com anymore, how do I access my previous purchases?

We have changed knitterain.com from an ecommerce site to an informational site. Please contact us and include your full name, email, zip code, and order number (if you have it). After we verify your information we will email your purchase(s) to you.

Can I sell / donate items made using knitterain.com patterns?

Yes, absolutely! Where possible, please cite the pattern name, designer name (Emily Ross), and website (knitterain.com).

Can I use your patterns to teach a class?

If you are using one of our free patterns, yes!

If you would like to use one of our paid patterns to teach a class, then everyone in the class needs their own copy, per our copyright. Please contact us for group rates.

Are your patterns available in languages other than English?

Although English is the only official language for knitterain.com products and support, we will always do our best to help. However, some of our dedicated fans have graciously translated Haruni. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the content of these translations, and offer them as a courtesy only. You can download them below. If you would like to contribute a translation of Haruni please contact us.

Disclaimer: Although we have made efforts to verify the files and links in this section, we are not responsible for the content, which is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis.

Can I purchase a printed copy of your patterns?

No, not directly. If your local yarn store participates in the Ravelry In-Store Pattern Sales Program, you can purchase and print many of our patterns there. If you feel this is a service that we should provide, please contact us.

I’m a blogger and I want to feature your pattern(s) on my blog, can I use your images?

We would love to be featured on your blog! The images on knitterain.com are copyrighted, please contact us so we can provide you with the specific resources you need.
